How Long Does Shipping Usually Take?

Shipping time from our logistics warehouse is 4-7 business days depending on airline schedules and customs processing times. 


Once your phone arrives in Australia we check and test it, before sending it out to you via overnight courier (excluding weekends & holidays). 

Are There Any Extra Fees or Charges?

No. The phone prices listed on our site are the price you pay. 


IMPORTANT: When you order from us you wont get caught out with extra Customs and GST charges that you will incur if you buy from an overseas store.

What Type of Warranty Do You Offer?

We provide a 12 month warranty on every phone we sell. It covers any manufacturing fault, defect or failure that occurs within 12 months from the date of purchase. 


We will repair, replace or refund the purchase price in the event of an approved warranty claim. Damage or faults occurring due to misuse, accident or fair wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.   

Can You Provide A GST Tax Invoice?

Yes we provide a GST tax invoice for every sale. Tax invoices are issued after payment has been received and along with the tracking link, will be emailed out at time of shipping.
